We are both a manufacturer and a one-stop sourcing service provider. We own our own factories for masks and wet wipes, with complete production lines and dust-free workshops. At the same time, we have integrated the supply chain for other household daily consumables, offering our clients a "factory-direct core products + centralized sourcing for supplementary items" one-stop solution.

Our factory is located at Wuxi and Dalian, China. We also have factory in Gunma, Japan. We welcome clients to schedule factory audits and visits to inspect our production lines, dust-free workshops, and quality control processes in person.

Yes — we offer both manufacturing models:

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide product specifications — we manufacture to your exact design. Best if you have a defined formula or existing product benchmark.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We propose product designs based on your brand positioning. Best for first-time brand owners who want to leverage proven platforms.

For masks, our MOQ is 5,000 boxes (about 300,000 pcs). For wet wipes, the MOQ is 30,000 pcs. The MOQ may vary depending on the level of customization and your specific product requirements.

Yes. We can support mixed orders to help you build a more complete product portfolio and improve inventory flexibility.

Yes. We support providing samples for your evaluation before formal orders. Except for special sample orders, we generally provide samples free of charge. For special sampling cases and related shipping costs, please feel free to contact our sales team for discussion.

For new products requiring initial production runs, our lead time is typically 40–45 days. For repeat orders, the lead time is generally 20–30 days.

Standard: T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.

L/C at sight from major international banks accepted.

Our quality management system covers IQC, IPQC, FQC/OQC, and laboratory performance testing to ensure consistent product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

Yes. Third-party inspection is welcome. You will be responsible for the inspection cost, and we will support the necessary inspection steps.

First, most of our suppliers are long-term partners who have undergone rigorous screening before we began cooperation. Second, we have our own in-house quality inspection team rather than outsourcing to third parties, which ensures the objectivity and impartiality of the inspection process. In addition, during production at third-party factories and prior to shipment, we can provide in-line random inspection videos and test reports to guarantee consistent product quality.

We support various delivery terms, including FOB, CIF, EXW, and other Incoterms. We can arrange sea freight, air freight, or courier shipping based on your requirements.

We can provide standard export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (CO), and other documents required for customs clearance.

Packaging methods can be customized based on product type and client requirements. For export orders, we use sturdy outer cartons suitable for long-distance transportation to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.

We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. If quality issues arise, please provide relevant evidence (such as photos, videos, etc.) promptly. We will investigate and address the matter immediately, offering solutions such as replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the situation.

Yes. Our technical team can provide after-sales services including product usage guidance, storage recommendations, and market access consultation. We are committed to building long-term partnerships with our clients.

We place great importance on our customers' environmental requirements and are able to offer eco‑friendly packaging solutions tailored to your needs. We are already supplying products printed with environmentally friendly inks to our Japanese customers and have accumulated substantial hands‑on experience in this area.
